Copenhagen is a scammer

Sold me a guide for a 150m p/h transferr method but the item required is unbuyable, not only that but the guide is also on the do not sell list, when I questioned him about this he said he would refund me the next day if I was unable to buy any supplies, when I contacted him today for a refund he pretended he had no money in his paypal and went on to say that he had no obligation to refund me, chat screenies are below:

EDIT:He later admitted he made money by selling "technically valid guides" on sythe, but refused to comment when I asked if he knew he was scamming people:



He also added me on a different msn account and admitted to ban evading on sythe, I know this cannot be proven but the chat when compared to the chat with his known msn is strong circumstantial evidence:
