I mean even if you screened the chat log, which you did obviously, we can't even see the other part(s) of the conversation.

The second image of your second reply you posted ^ is basically stating that you will accept or will 'gladly' accept a MM before it's screened.

Though, I'm not a market mod but I see you claiming that if a Year Subscription is sold for 21$ it is a scam, though, Year Subscriptions go in the range of twenty some here.
