they are not stupid...just a bunch of idiotic monkeys. they tried to scam my account i gave them all info, they said 14 days and they will pay me after 5-6 days i contacted them, they said they have done nothing with me so i recovered it and they have already xfered over 20m

If you act like an arse hole to them, don't expect to be treated as priority. If I were them, I probably would of just terminated the chat and made you wait. If their trainer decided to get drunk, that's not their fault, there is nothing they can do about that.
