Gold4RS offered me $70 for an almost identical account (with 1 defence and prayer, d claws), I understand gold4rs offers depend on who you're talking to, but I'm not sure that it's true you were offered $190 (it also appears you edited your post from $210 to $190) if it were true you could sell to them, it only takes a week for the money and they've never claimed back on me (6 accounts sold to them).
