You were scammed by BMTH directly, it's got nothing to do with Spyike.

 

Just found out that BMTH hangs around in "Rune Tips CC" on Runescape and deleted all Sythe friends from his list. I tried contacting him a few times in the CC he completely ignores me.

 

We have irl pictures of him and limited info, we should be able to get him.

 

That's what I was thinkin'... anything we can do to get him? Spyike, what do you think?

 

If an admin would give me his IP address, I'd find the little fucker, send letters to both his parents and his ISP and contact the fucking police.

Considering I now have the ability to contact his Mother, my recommendation is putting together everything that validates his actions. Next, very professionally, contact and arrange a means to provide her this information. The last part is up to her unless you wish to step up the game. Although using a legal process in this case can be considered risky when looking to win, it does require him/his mother to defend. Defending is where he begins to lose 10x the funds he scammed. As for the scammed side, it actually does not cost anywhere near what it will cost him. He must respond to the complaint or he will lose. Those are the options as I see it..

 

What legal action are you planning to take Spyike? Are you going to call the police?

A lawsuit? Again? I have never heard of one working on Sythe. (Josiah claims he was sued, but I don't really believe that. He still scams here.)

I think you should give BTMH a chance to repay people voluntarily. If not, you probably won't need to go further than telling his mother, assuming you can convince her of his actions. The threat of legal action would probably not encourage her help, and seems like a dead end anyway.

 

I've heard Finn is writing a letter to BMTH's parents about this situation.

 

That would be smashing. But the little fucker keeps evading us. We should tell his mother and give her a week to repay all of us. If she doesn't do so, legal action should be taken, IMO.

The use of Police in this matter is nothing more than a false threat.. This is either worked in that he refunds.. or you kill him in legals fees to defend.

Based on my last converation with this little smart ass, I'll make Sythe a deal. Moderator support and consolidation of all information and I'll pay the fees to make his mother respond in a legal setting...

My reference to conversation was PMs/forum chatter when he answered my posting to contact me. I for one think we should just bypass contacting his mother and go right to a legal notice to respond to internet theft. By chance, did anyone sending him money in the mail? If you sent him money in the mail, now we're talking big time. Mail Fraud is actually investigated by the U.S. Postal System.. Not only would it be easier/cheaper to make him feel the pain, he would also be charged with a felony and hefty fines if convicted.

 

I highly doubt anyone would send it via mail, since they could just donated via mail to Matthew =.........=
