Jagex has already said he will not be banning people according to other sites, go read the Rules and Regulations. You could unblock everything, including your name and still not get banned. Pictures now can be edited in anyway, so Jagex can't just look at a picture and ban you. It just doesn't work that way. This account is stacked, if it's real. But I have my doubts just like everyone else. I'd get an MM or an OMM to verify, and post they verified in game. That would help your sale a ton.
Anyway, if it's real tell your mate he's pro. 1K is quite abit, but I've seen people sell them that high before.
