Basically, what this guy is doing is that you send him the money. He buys something with it, and then you claim the money back.

Its fraud, and both of you will probably get shit for it.

I doubt he's looking for someone to randomly scam. You CAN claim back the money, it just takes a while.

account selling is not against the law, its just against the rules of RS.

 

I'm pretty sure they COULD prosecute you if they felt it was necessary.. T&C says that the account actually belongs to Jagex, they just let you play it. Re-selling it could be classed as fraud/theft.

Dude, seriously? Violation of Jagex's T.O.C in regards to account sales is not illegal whatsoever.

If it really were illegal, why are there so many sites like Sythe that keep prospering? You would have think that such a successful site like Sythe would have received contact from Jagex requesting shut-down but yet we're still here/

He probably takes the 20, 15 to another account, gives you 5 and you claim the 20 back.

It's illegal, and you will probably get in just as much trouble as he will.

 

And their on the UK so nothing would happen even if it was illegal, which it is not....

Paypal has taken legal action if this is illegal, if its legal why dont you just tell everyone
