How to use HP Recovery tool to reinstall Vista.

Step One.​

Go to Start > Then type in search: Recovery Manager. Click on it and it should look like this.

Step Two.


Click next and it should look like this.

DO NOT click on any and click next until this comes up.

Step Three.



Then once you get to that click next and it will prompt you to backup all your files before you do this.


NOTE: IT IS WISE TO LISTEN TO THE PROGRAM AND BACK UP THE FILES YOU WANT. ONCE YOU DO THIS IT IS NOT REVERSEABLE.


After you have done the backup of the files you want. Proceed with the re installation.


Step Four.


Once you have finished Step 2 the computer will restart.


Once it does that let it start up it will run Recovery manager and you will need to do Step 1 and 2 again.


Once you do that the recovery manager will then start doing it's work.


After that that the Computer will shutdown again.


Then the computer will start up and Most likely ask you to give it your personal details. E.G. Name for the computer and such. Depends on your computer.



And your done! Reinstall all the stuff you need and copy the backup back on the computer.


This is a good way to remove virus's from computers, It wipes the whole hard drive and reinstalls Vista.



*NOTE: NOT ALL VISTA COMPUTERS HAVE HP RECOVERY TOOL.*

You also want to fix your grammar and remove all the unnecessary white space because it makes it much harder to read and it looks quite bad.
