hide your ip reason: people can hack you
hide your acc name: jagex check this forum and ban any acc they see with a name.

 

dude lol, its beause jadex watches these sites, and they have proff of RWT which is agaist rules. take thier advise

 

Basically what they're trying to tell you is to block out the ip address at the top of the welcome screen so that people can't track you, and to block out the name of the account so that you're not banned on Runescape for attempting to sell your account, because it is against their rules.​
