Pin plaza trying to scam?

I open the convo and start talking to him, then we went over details about payment and trade. Then I was checking out his MM vouches for me going first and I notice someone posted that he was a scammer and he got TWC rank. So I go to that thread and yes it did! I confront him with this and he goes off-line, strange isn't it? I assume he was trying to scam me. And his signature is lieing to cause he has gotten the TWC rank from trying to scam and not flaming! ;-)
