2. I send you a PM with email adress of the paypal account
3. You send the money
4. I PM you the details of my account, which will have the required amount of dstones on it
5. You x-fer dstones
6. You claim and cancel

Option 2.

1. Buyer Buys 4.5k Chaos runes (around 400k)
2. Buyer sells the Chaos runes to the Tzhaar Rune Shop for about 40k Tokkul.
3. Seller sells 25 D stones to the shop. Buyer buys for 20k Tokkul.
4. Buyer banks D stones.
5. Repeat step 3.
6. I will buy back the D stones from you for ~2.4M in cash.

omg no one trust him, he was soposed to transfer 20m to my 132, and he stole it, i posted a scammer report but no one ever looked at it, do not trust!

 

As far as I can tell, the reason nothing ever happen is because you never posted proof and you never posted under the 'Report a Scammer' section. I've just checked all of your posts and the only one dealing with INC *Cough* is below:

You can't just come to someones business thread saying they are a scammer without any type of proof, get proof or delete your post. I'm not, in any way, saying that I vouch for INC *Couch* I'm just simply stating what I found out by researching.
