Thanks - Since no one has shown interest except scammers, I took the 350k and bought every set of armor (Iron - Rune) and now i'm training, so far i'm 30 attack, 30 str, and 20 defence. Gonna bring it up to 40 attack, 40 def, and 60 str. Then get it 60 mining and see if there is interest then.
