I've been perusing this thread for the past 30 minutes, making sure I completely get the whole outlook of this topic. Some may say it has veered off course, but I can still say it is explaining what racism/discrimination really is. Some of this has been a little off-topic TBH though.

I wish I would have found this thread before so I could have commented on the eairlyer posts, but I don't want to give you guys an essay to read for you to find out my opinion, so I'll just be commenting on recent posts.

Most of the past things you've said have occurred to me that you are just "kissing up" to Phsy. Whether or not this is right matters to me. What matters is that you are saying that racism is O.K. When in fact, it is of which that separates the populations/cultures as we speak. And it being tolerated will only drive this civilization to the ground (Earth).

In the beggining, swastikas have WERE a sign of good luck. Now the meaning has been "hi-jacked" by the nazis and are now of the symbol of Hate. Regardless of what it used to be used for, it is now a symbol of Hate and of which I have asked myself, why use it in the first place? Why not just a "Peace sign" I ask you. In the 70's, African Americans used the Black Power Fist as a sign of peace, but as of now, it is "extinct" or of a very rare practice among them. (Them, reffereing to African Americans- I am also black) But you don't see them going around and using it because of what it is learned to be used for.

 

They are not owned by Sythe though, so you cannot ban them on the site, because of something said on the off site campus unless its deemed unsafe for the users of the site. Racism on a vent server is not severe enough to ban someone from a site.

Who cares if he admits he's racist? It doesn't hurt anyone for someone to be racist.

So where the places that he said the racist comments are irrelevant? That really makes sense.

 

The point is, he claims not to be racist now, when he already said he was a racist, and how The Dark tries to persuade us to believe the same thing.

I said it "can" be deemed irrelevant. Meaning, regarding what he said on vent/IRC, he can't be PUNISHED on Sythe, but this can still be used in the investigation to find out if he is a racist whether or not.

I have to disagree. Personally, I can't trust that he can moderate fairly if his judgment is clouded with racial prejudice. Also, I couldn't give a crap if he kept his racism to his self, he is entitled to that. However, that's the way it should stay.
