I'm somewhat suspicious of account shops because of ownership reasons - and most of your accounts are not in my interest. Your 120+ is only "alright".

EDIT: Offered $160 or 40m for my level 129 with eight 99's and 97 smithing, 94 magic.

EDIT: still think hes a scammer.

 

I spoke to him on MSN, he ended up being the one blocking me. I really have no comment - not offering "enough" gp's for an account does not seem like typical scammer behavior.
