Pshy, I was going to abstain from posting here, but I'm sorry, they're all absolutely right.

1.) It's laughable that you're denying that you're a discriminating, racist person, as you've made countless remarks about white supremacy, banning black people on the IRC, etc, etc, and you know fine well you have. I'm not wasting my time finding my proof, but you know you did, and it's something you might want to pay thought to. We're all fucking humans, get over it.

2.) After seeing your sudden attack on hm0ng with unwarranted infractions to ban him, I decided I would post here, after all, taking a stand. I've just looked through and reversed the two infractions you gave. You didn't warn for spamming, just went straight into infraction. Hey, it wasn't even spamming. After that, you went on to hurl an ''inappropriate language'' infraction at him. Now, Pshynosis, this resulted in one of my finest eyebrow raises in a while. If you're going to infract someone for saying the word ''fuck'', particularly when it's not even aimed at anyone, I have to agree with that thread about you -- why are you a Moderator?

I wouldn't usually choose to join in with crusades against staff members, but I'm sorry - this thread is so, so true.

Actually, Nazism is a racist ideology. Just because it's an ideology doesn't mean it can't be racist.

Pshynosis, you know you discriminate. I've even been on the receiving end of it. Although I won't go into it, as it has been minor, it has certainly been more prominent in your racial discrimination.

Pshynosis is homophobic. I remember one conversation in particular in which you completely harassed me over a decision that was not yours. I believe you said:

so what if Psyhosis is indeed a nazi?
we're all different...some are fat, some thin, some short, some tall, some people are collored, some people are naggers, some are o.k. with their life...why not make fun of them/discriminate them? they have the same option opened to discriminate/make fun of you. why don't they do it?
you can call me racist, fashist or whatever you want...but the fact is, i'm o.k. with it! i'm white and i'm proud of myself. if i would get discriminated for being white i would not whine and cry to my mom as i am fine with what i am...i am sorry but i cannot say the same for some of Afro-americans, asians,native americans...

 

Well... Just speaking on what I have read in these threads..

I do not agree that people wether mod/admin/normal should be able to be racism, now people should be allowed freedom of speech, although there is guidlines and rules that are set anywhere you go. Even on a hacking site.

So, although you have afreedom of speech does not mean you can use that as an ecuess to say as you wish, especially when a rule is in place.

It's just like the law, to an police officer. You can say; " I 'THINK' you're an idiot... '. Yet if you say; " You're an idiot! ". The first one the police officer may or may not ask for you to reframe from disrespecting him. The second one you can get in trouble for.

Although with this being said, does not mean you're allowed to say anything as you wish, as long as you state " THINK " pertaining to only you.

Basically, when rules are set they pertain to everyone. Even people with higher position. Yes, some people that has the power to may bend the rules a little bit thinking they can just because they are higher than everyone else, but it will always catch up to them.

Also, you're probably American. I doubt you've even heard of the atrocities that took place in your very own southern states not so long ago.
Why don't we allow discrimination? Because it has no warrant. Really, no one can logically and successfully argue that a different color on someone's body can warrant segregation, 100+ years of social discrimination, etc.

 

I agree with this, just because they are a mod doesnt mean they dont have to follow the same rules.

 

i come from Europe and if you haven't failed at geography you have to know tht from the continet of africa to europe is only 13km of lenght (between the two gibraltar gate) so there is alot of migrations happening and racism is strong...
if you aren't o.k. with where you live (because of racism)(i assume u come from US) you can probably move to africa as you are such a nAgger lover...oh, wait...it's all fine with america as long as you are protected by all the laws, eh?
but i seriously advise you to go to africa...(not south african republic tho) go to uganda, ghana...and we'll see how you like it being robbed and beat up (if your white of course)(if you'r black you'll be just fine)).

To make this clear, this was never about those infractions. If it was, I would have complained a long time ago. This particular thread was made because 1. Pshy banned ironblade and kevin for posting pictures of people in bikinis and then in the next thread I saw, he goes and posts more nazi's, which made me even more mad. Yeah I know it's the interwebs but shit, 2 bans for nothing (which has been reversed) and then more Nazi's? And by a mod? I would have posted this a long time ago but I guess the timing was right to bring this up. As I said before, you're not a racist. A bigot, maybe? Take a pick. Either way, you think you're better than anyone else from the post I've seen you make. You may say the same to me, but I mainly post in the spam forum which, in my opinion, shouldn't matter that much compared to other places like SFA or the general discussion. You can close this if you want. I got my point across and I'm glad many agree with me. To those who don't, to all their own. Let's all keep posting Nazi's, Nazi paraphernalia, skin heads, homophobic images and that sort of stuff. Remember, it doesn't mean we're racist/homophobes to post such things.

Actually it isn't really spam. It pertains to this topic. It was pics you posted specifically in the spam forum, knowing that I will most definitely see it, that was most importantly, neo nazi skulls. Nice try though. BTW, if this response to your post is considered spam, then I guess the post above is spam too. Then again, I guess mods are immune to that correct?

 

After the new rule that was introduced and Trigga being initially banned for a dead body, Pshy banned kevin and ironblade for soft-porn. To him, a woman without any clothes is nude (soft-porn), although many others do not view it as soft-porn. The ban was a misunderstading, and has been fixed

look at the african countries now...they are all poor and technically undeveloped, take Zimbabwe for example...the past year it HYPERINFLATED! nothing was bad when English (yep...white people) were there...now look at Mugabe(the president of zimbabwe)...look at somalia...
