You play the favorites game. The 1nf3cted, temp banned, made a new account while banned, that is ban evading. He started MMing on that account. Fishy? Than, I show you, and you "Worked it out on MSN" with him. Ban evading is ban evading. No exceptions, now the kid is roamin around still.

So, my opinion isn't favorites+Friends>community, not saying thats how you are, but that kid is a ban evader.

Yes, you are SO right. Being temp banned, than having another account already made that you post on is WAY different than making a new account after being banned. Oh, wait...... Its not? If you are posting while banned, regardless of who you are, it is ban evading. Being on another account to communicate to me while banned is ban evading. Being logged in to the site, while banned, but on a different account IS BAN EVADING.

Well... You got me banned for bullshit stuff and that kinda gave me a bad rep but it wasn't your fault I suppose as you were just doing your job and were new to your position so didn't know the rules of banning etc. or whatever it may have been. over all you're at about a 5\10.
