methods RS In-game-trading/cash help?

I have decided the best method for me to get paid for RS GP I sell will be in gift card (target runescape ones).

My problem is getting cash to the other person. I do not want to risk money in BH, I am pure and level 70 in mid crater.

What other methods could I use?
So far the safest method looks like junk trading. They give me useless items in bulk, and I give cash. But I doubt anyone will want to get the junk. What other methods are out there?
