it's not very clever to throw accusations around for friends, if he did scam and your friend was mad- he would of reported him. and there's no need to spam his thread with insufficient evidence... and to have a scammers list there needs to be a path of truthes. e.g. some evidence. sigh. u can get infracted for things like this.
