cant buy rs pin

hey guys im trying to buy a rs pin from the jagex main page its a pbp pin and when i call them it just comes on with a buzzing sound.. whats wrong???

 

Is there the same problem calling other people or is it just when you call them?

 

Ask anyone around you if there is a problem. As in friends, neighbors or anything like that. Does it connect?

Hmm... Maybe wrong fone number entered? Or maybe you didn't type your fone number correctly on the site. Idk just thoughts. But yeh, idrk what's wrong with your fone or maybe the service is temporarily down.

Are you sure your parents didn't block 1-900 numbers? If not, just call your phone company.

 

It means you don't have long-distance phone calls that are payphones covered.
