Clank Scammed me!

So just after getting my account back from a guy who scammed me. I found Clank who is actually trusted I agreed to go first but I told him to pm me. He did so I went first, he than told me he was an imposted.



















Even if it was an imposter, he has acess to Clanks Sythe so he should be banned or pay me 100$ back.

 

A few things to note. Clank's e-mail has always been [email protected]. That thread formerly said that, and I have never spoken to him on any other e-mail over MSN. I will ban the account now, as it seems someone else may have control over it. Preliminary action, as investigation continues.

After undergoing some investigation, I have noted a strange IP address out of the user "Clank." Typically, Clank is on a New Zealand based ISP. Now, there was one IP address that stood out odd, as it was from San Diego, California, in the USA. I have reason to believe this is connected, as the user who was attached to this IP typically, had multiple accounts already. I have banned both accounts of his, and his IP address. I do not believe that this will be an issue in the future. I'm sorry for your loss, but if you would like to take your deal up with Paypal, or his ISP, I can give you the IP address used privately.

 

Shouldnt he have any responsibility of his account?
