Yep, I sorta have a cold/flu at the moment, and i'm really pissed about it. Where-ever I go, my nose starts running. I have so far, applied Vickes.

Does anyone have any home remedies or something that will cure a common cold? Please post here, it would help me alot.

    Thank you.

I just throw on some sweats and go jog. You might have to eat something really spicy and then go for a jog if your really sick.

Yeah it really does, it gets your blood pumping and it helps move whatever bug you had in you system out. The spicy food makes your nose run dry for a good 20minutes, well at least for me.

Hmm I suppose that could work, but i'd be running for-ever since it is hard for me to sweat for some reason.

    Thanks, any other suggestions?

Optikal get your mum to go to a local store. Tesco/Asda.

And buy a cheap bottle of vics vapour bath bubbles. and have a bath should calm you down within 2 hours.

I got the normal vics at the moment, which you apply to your body. But I suppose. What-ever works, i'll tell her about it now.

    Thank you

Take a towel, and wetten it with hot water and mint.
Put this over your head and rest for 20 minutes, (relaxing and easy)

    That's what I always do ;)

Roger that, it says that on the vics instructions aswell. I think its an effective method.

    Thank you tarx.

I really don't want it to last that long, because that means I can't go out etc. Also, I am going on holiday on the 15th of December to Tunisia so. I do hope it clears by then.

Try drinking a nice cup of tea, jogging never seems to work for me. Inhale some steam sometimes works as well.

Sleeping is boring and it doesn't help me at-all. When I get up, my nose is all stuffy and I can't breathe properly etc.

Will do after I have drank this tea + inhaled some of this vics.
