1.I accept paypal only when you buy less than 15mill(I also accept little order like 2mill,3mill,5mill ).You should make sure ur paypal acount is verified and your shipment address must be confirmed by paypal .
2.10mill- order:3.9 per mill (via verified paypal,moneybooks)
3.10mill --20mill order:3.8 (via verified paypal nad moneybooks)
4.more than 20mill:3.7per mill (moneybooks and western union )
5.50mill+:3.6per mill (western union and moneybooks only)

I am a honest seller although i am new to this forums.
