Hacked, got it back and now the pin prob

Hey there, i was hacked a long time ago recently got the account back.. although it has a bank pin. The only option given is to wait 7 days for the reset. Is there any way anyone knows to like speed up the process or do anything to just kill it now? Any help is appreciated.
