Selling a Project lvl 69 Rune Pure``

It's a little bit of a project, not too much work to do on him though.

Desert treasure is finished, along with dragon slayer and fremmenik trials.
(alot of other quests but cant be bothered naming them.)

The house on the account is worth approx 2m, thats not including the cost of getting 55 construction.
(I dont expect you to add 2m because of the house, think of it as a bonus )

Pretty much every random event clothing other than zombie, Got my prayer from a gilded altar

All the "God books" are full, although only the zamorak staff is charged, the guthix has about 40 casts left and the sara has the full 100 casts left.

Not sure on the castle wars tickets, add them up yourself , im guessing around 60-90?
