Anyway, though obviously it is up to Sythe, I really don't believe we will be pressing charges against anyone in the end. It will become a long, arduous and overall unneeded task which I really don't believe is worth it in the end.

 

I think it would be a good deterrent.

If Sythe hired a lawyer, then he would.

However, since this is a small case, nobody is being physically harmed, and it's very difficult to prove who did it, I doubt that it will ever go to court.

 

Also there may be forums against sythe,who just do everything to spread the denial-of-service files and run them when they can just like when our country was attacked -

.. the attacker was using a proxy changer every 20 seconds his proxy changed so how the hell did they find him

 

They better press charges... Then if it all goes well... sythe will be rich and the attackers will be in jail...
