Disputing ban(posting from school ip)

1. I was banned for using the same VPN as "Space Dog" but the thing is that I use a free unlimited VPN that connects to numerous different IP's around your location so that just means "Space Dog" lives somewhere in Canada so it automatically gave him that IP. From my introduction, I play from a college so I decided to use a VPN to hide my skype IP because I hear you can be ddossed if someone has access to it and also I am aware of at least 4 other people who actively use sythe around the campus.

2. I don't understand what the purpose of this is, runescape private servers is the main focal point for many rwters, I only view this section as well as the graphics shop which "Space Dog" didn't have, I also don't view runescape accounts

Helps when you include a link to previous dispute etc so I can tell if you've already been discussing with a mod. Lol.

Considering the college IP isn't linked to Space Dogs, I'm inclined to lean towards an unban.

Give me a day or so to see if I can gather some further opinions.
