Whilst I find the entire situation very shady, and I don't agree with the way you handled the situation at all, I'm not sure that there was enough proof for a permanent ban. I would've considered a Trade with Caution a more suitable punishment.

Skilling4you, do you have any proof at all that might help your case?

Not trying to take this dispute away from you Superfluous or anything, just giving my input.

I was doing his service he asked me to log on So I gave him permission. Nothing more nothing the less.
I would never bot on a customers account, and have vouches for selling accounts for 150m and 60m
    they both went first
I honestly don’t understand why I’m even getting punished, he botted on his acc to get a desired skill level and my TOS read’s I’m not responsible for any bans / mutes

There is no proof of me botting, and i have not botted 1 bit on his account or i would of put that on my thread, he had access to the account as well.

And My TOS say's: i will not be responsible for any bans done to the account .

If it was my fault and i was botting then i would do whatever i can to make the customer happy. But i dident.

Just so you know, a users TOS means absolutely nothing if it goes against Sythe Rules, so the one you're stating is null.

First things first, you'll be required to repay the user the value of the account + what the user paid you before we even consider moving forward.

Refusing to repay the user and being pretty rude about it too.

    Denied.
