Buying RS Main - UK Seller/Looking for Ex-Mod/100+ Vouches ONLY!!!

Buying an account with the following requirements:

- 99 Maxed Combat (Att, Def, Str)
- 90+ Mage & Range
- 80+ Slayer
- Decent Untradeables (Not too bothered)

I bought an account from someone on here who had 15 vouches from some pretty important users. He was just a dirty ISIS scammer and I will never make that mistake again. If your selling from the UK, you must be based in England. You must be comfortable with giving your address as I will be driving to your house and doing the transaction in your house. I will pay via cash so we dont have to worry about who goes first. I will only buy from people with 100+ vouches and they must have done account trades. Not accepting them small 30mill transactions as vouches. It will be done via Verified Paypal and you must provide ID and your Paypal must also be verified.

It's most likely the scammer on a new account with a fresh IP ready to do it to someone else.
