Syntaxed requesting a pardon for Scamming

Proof of contacting victims: I have tried to get ahold of him and have not been able too. I have even had friends try adding his Skype in order to get ahold of him, however he has not responded to anyone. If I am unbanned, I am willing to repay him as soon as he gets in touch with me. I know that there is a rule which states that you must wait at least one month after contacting them in an attempt to make payment, however the rules also state that if you wait a month or longer to request a pardon it will be denied, which is the reason I chose not to wait. I believe he does have another Skype account which he actually uses (as he mentioned to me at one point, although he never actually gave me the name of it ). If someone was able to give me that Skype name I would be willing to contact him through it.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why we should forgive you: I scammed him for 200b Ikov GP, and that's about the entire story. I didn't pay him, lead him on for a couple of days before blocking him. I was in a really rough spot and not able to pay my bills at the time, which I know is not an excuse for what I did at all. I was able to get a job and my life is finally settled, I just finished moving. I know that I can benefit this community by being allowed to come back. My account was only banned after I had already purchased $25 donator and SVU. Sythe is a great community, and all that I can do is apologize for my actions and hope that I am allowed back. I am more than willing to make restitution for what I did, however I do not believe that I have the tools necessary in order to get ahold of him and do so.

Additional notes: I really am sorry for the person that I scammed. I do think about it every day. I know how upset he was, as he was not expecting me to do what I did. I was not in a good spot at the time, and I should have kept it my problem, instead of making it his. I'm very sorry.
