Additional details/story:
I Lmfaoown used to be an active lurker of Sythe way back. After I stopped playing Runescape I stopped going to many other websites involving runescape -- Sythe, RiD, PB, etc -- anyways, my step-brother (holy crap, another "my brother got me banned" story?) asked me for my Sythe account because he was "too lazy to make one". I didn't go on the website at the time and never figured I'd really need an account for it anymore, so I lent it to him for the time being. That was 2 to 3 years ago, and reading the ban report, it's at least 2, but could have been more as the report could have been made weeks or months after he had my password.

After that charade, he didn't really bug me for anything else RS relate. I can see why. My step-brother's name is indeed Aaron (as posted on the sythe report from 2013). I can provide my ID to prove I am not him, along with my skype, my other forum accounts (Exact same name - Lmfaoown) that belong to my name (I won't disclose it in public unless asked, I have an ex that stalks me). I can prove that I am the original owner of this account and I did not approve of the content my step-brother posted, which, taking context from his username, was probably posts about gambling on the RSPS SoulSplit.

Ultimately, if I can't get unbanned, I completely understand. It sucks, but I can indeed prove that I am the owner, I didn't condone his actions, and I can provide any information that is requested (As long as you are an admin/mod/official helper of some sort for Sythe.)

The pictures are self explanatory - sadly - my step-brother scammed the guy (ipremium) for $5.74 (Assuming it's in USD since they threw around dollar signs) - I can refund him 100% of the payment if he is still on the website/if he requests, and can show proof. That's also not my PayPal email address.

If I were to get my account back I would of course change my password and add the catch phrase as backup security - and of course give no one my password.

It is my account, so, i'm taking responsibility now! Apologies for the inconvenience overall.

To Jack Goff - I can't read that thread, can you tell me what's in it so I can comment further on the situation?

This is my second post, I never linked the thread to my initial reply, so I apologize if I double replied. I waited 2 days and it never showed up, so i'm going to roughly sum up what I said several days ago

It is indeed my account, so it's no doubt my responsibility. My step-brother scammed Sythe user ipremium for $5.74, as linked by Drento. I'd be more than happy to refund him back - I've added him on Skype by hunting him down on Google, landing on this thread with his Skype. I added him.

So far, no progress has been made - I added him and he's been offline for quite some time, and he hasn't added me. I'm taking responsibility from now and forever, but I don't know what options I have currently. I will refund ASAP if him and I get in contact, and will post here. Are there any other options I can take to remove the ban? Sincerest apologies for such a hassle.

Jack Goff - I can't open that post - no account, can't see it without logging in. What's there?

Drento - If you meant I am able to see the thread now, it still doesn't let me - with or without logging in to Lmfaoown.

Do you (Drento) or any others have recommendations as to what I should do now? I feel as I've taken this as far as I possibly could, but if you have any other ideas or anything I've missed/forgot to include/do, I'd be happy to do it!

Says he gave his brother his sythe profile, doesn't mention giving him his Powerbot profile. Powerbot profile with the same name/same ss interest/same use of stars in the title here:

He mentioned giving the sythe pw away, but not the pb password, yet was making the same threads on both sites

I posted a reply already before Jack's comment but it didn't go through/get accepted yet, but..

I just checked my PB profile and you're right (Sythe and PowerBot had the same passwords, along with RiD.) I changed them all, and all are different. I didn't think he'd go on there and do the same stupidity, that's rather irritating and sad. Anyways - all of my accounts are now changed, secured, and have individual passwords. Is there any recommended step of action now?

He (ipremium - Michael) still hasn't added me on Skype, and I haven't gotten any information on my ban for over 4 days - is this still being considered? Apologies if so. I don't want to rush anything, I just want to know if there is already a verdict.

 

Once it's been around a month since you contacted the victim you can pardon with proof that they were contacted. When you pardon, I don't want to see 'my brother is the bad one' - the account was your responsibility and you should ask for forgiveness given this information.
