Alright lets start from here,
Well, I was using the skype "osrs_mehul" which was previously sued by my brother, and about 3 weeks ago I found out he scammed because of my friend telling me that my skype has been blacklisted for scamming on other forums.

I talked to my brother that same day because I didn't want to be banned on Sythe as I had a lot of things I wanted to sell/buy and also it looked like a great community as I browsed it a lot, and also bought large amount of Rs GP. My brother did say he scammed, so I asked him what I should do now, change my skype or not. He then told me to keep it for the time being but change it afterwords when I get more into sythe, so I said "okay" and continued.

Yesterday, I had an issue with Kenpen.
I was interested in his account so I offered Kenpen for his account, several minutes later I said if he can take 400M (RS3) because thats all I had (asking price : $150 in rsgp). He then continued on saying unpleasant things like "Eat a dick", "SHUT UP", "I hope you die", etc. Then I didn't feel comfortable dealing with him so I went ahead and said "I'd rather deal with someone who actually wants to". He then said a few other unpleasant things and then he went on saying "You think I dont know you're a ban evader?", "Scamming people for bonds" "RIP ACCOUNT". He then finally posted a scam report on me and linked it to the scams that happened related to the skype name. Minutes later "Video" replied saying "Ip matched as well".

My IP didn't match his account, and there is no way it could have as he lived on residence and not where I lived. I am really concerned of how my IP matched as well, theres no possible way it could have.

I understand I should have changed my skype and everything, I was even told by a few users I traded with, however I thought it would be okay until I got more into trading on sythe. Then this incident happened.

I got many vouches from trusted people of sellng gold/accounts and haven't scammed a single one of them (some accounts I sold months ago). I am a different person as you can check by my IP and his, they do not match though we lived in the same country and same city, but he just lived elsewhere in the city. If you can please check the Ip differences again then that'll be great because I think "Video" might've made a mistake (I also got an ip check by a few mods and trusted people before I joined Sythe just to make sure I will be safe when on Sythe and they said no matches were found, I also got an IP check on the other forums my brother had scammed on and they said no IP matches there as well.

Thank you for reading, if you have any other questions, please add my skype "osrs_mehul", I will change my skype if I get unbanned. I do think I deserve an unban because if I was "the" actual scammer I would have changed my skype the second I joined Sythe. I am not, and also my IP's do not/should not match to Triangular's IP (my brother's IP).

Not starting the time yet, but you'll need to prove that you're a different person than the Sythe user (Triangular) i believe.

Otherwise, anyone could just make up a story, hard reset their IP and rejoin Sythe.

Believe Triangular was banned for vading this guy or one of his alt profiles

When I helped SS with their database leak the user who owned the skype mpghmehul was abusing the database leak and macbanned for hacking accounts which should also be added to his ban reason, as seen here - http://www.sythe.org/private-server-accounts/1633675-selling-soulsplit-extreme-account.html Was a hacked account

He also tried using the brother excuse and was allowed to play for a brief time but it was later discovered the brother excuse was a lie, so i'm guessing it is also a lie here. I do not believe he even has a brother, he's just a chronic liar.

He is also banned on MPGH although I cannot find a ban reason, they allow blackhat there and rarely ban for anything aside from scam related offenses, so I can only assume his ban reason is scam related which he has also left out-
