Jimksky 125M (OSRS) Scam Dispute [WU]

Hello, i've been playing rs for a while now and i never seen so much hassle for a "trusted" trade in my life

im a member on this website that this dispute is located on under "imagreengo" as you will see

im also members on powerbot, osbot, and other forums aswell


Basically once you read the posted dispute above you will see jimsky88 still owe's me 110m + and or 220$ USD and has not payed it yet!!!!!!!!!!!

but yet he is still buying gold and selling through here and maybe others but i hav'nt checked since i was told by one of Boglas friends that he was bumping his threads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he has also been avoiding the thread and everything and at this point to me i dont know what to think but i dont think sythe should take part in his actions one bit untill his offsite scam dispute is resolved!

current update on tribot is

mod's say jimsky88 has 48 hours to refund me now since i now requested it with all new evidence

if he doesn't refund me the 110m 07 ingame he will be banned

then i will also post on powerbot aswell to get him banned since 90% of his feedbacks here are from those sites

if look at the dispute on tribot currently

its clearly his fault now the payment is on hold.....

since it is his payment method and its a problem caused by it he should be responsible either way and have to issue me the "payment"

It would be very unprofessional imo if he doesn't do that since it's clear in the dispute it has happened before...... and now its just 100% his fault for the late payment which im now waiting for, since his payment method has failed during this time and situation in his life <----------------

 

It's under his wife's name and she's just had a baby - it's her that needs to go in and get it back. He offered to give staff the 220$ until she can go and sort it out, which I think definitely shows good intent (if any staff want to take him up on that I'm sure it can be arranged - but the intent itself IMO speaks for itself).

at the moment jimsky is waiting for his wife to recover and since he sent using her name she is the only one who can reclaim the payment

if you look at the tribot dispute i had no knowledge of this and if so would have just made a new paypal if anything to possible avoid all of this which i currently have already and have been using for like 2 months now.....




the new issue that has occurred now is that after some amount of time the payment reversed it's self back to western union and it doesn't show online anymore.


since he used his wife for the payment he is liable to send me another payment while he waits to receive the refund if need be or he can go back and claim it


which ever it is........... doesn't really matter to me........




he also didn't have skrill nor 07 gold at the time and failed to mention anything of the sort which is also just a huge problem no one see's but yet he traded's 100's of mills.....








the bottom line is he has to go back and reclaim it again or the will tell him some dumb shit like you will have to wait 90 days or some retarded waiting period and yeah......................


that sucks but we will then be right back here and he will owe me a Paypal payment still.....


i would just like it now............ been like 2 months plusssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

 

Contact some members of staff and see if they're able to hold the money he offered to give til he collects it? I honestly don't see the situation being bettered by banning him, if anything it will make communication harder.

 

Banning him might inspire Jimsky to get moving. OP has been waiting far too long.

 

yeah i agree

i didn't support the ban on him but its been forever now and it is technical his fault since it's his payment method and everything and he was using his wife's name

If they wanted to clear their disputes and everything i can see why it does'nt matter to them either way but yeah it is kinda harder to get info on this now


i hope sythe will allow him to talk through here when he refunds me my payment through paypal


i really dont know when he should be able to but i dont think it should be more than 2 weeks
