Isn't this against the rules of Runescape?

 

Commission Staking is a bannable offense on the oldschool servers, so I see where you are coming from. It was heard from jmods that the Oldschool team and the runescape 3 team are considered seperate, so rules that one team may apply to their game isn't necessarily applied to the other.

I suppose you could say it is under the player-run games of chance rule, but also that it's not because it's the duel arena which is ran by Jagex's servers and you're just letting another player duel with your gp. With grey areas like this any risk would be on the hosts and not the customers.

Best of luck to you all though as this is definitely much safer than staking your money in the duel arena yourself with all the bugs, stalls and what-not. I can see this being very popular.

 

Is it rank vs rank? what about stalls, how do you guys deal with that?

 

It's rank vs rank as well as rank vs individual like 07 staking. All ranks inventory check beforehand to avoid stalls and should they lose gap/get name scammed then they will refund the bet or rebet it.
