Reporting Bogdan123 for Offsite scamming/more

How they scammed: Shorter question would be, how they didn't scam.. (Attempting to delete evidence, Lieing about scamming, Ban evading over 3 times, No proof of repayment to victims of Mmoexchange who lost over 1b.)

4. Bit bigger one - Over 1b scammed on mmoexchange, claims he paid them back but proof was never provided in the appeal... Also was never unbanned from the site meaning he is still an Offsite Scammer.

The "And got new internet and I can't be traced." Should alone bring some red flags meaning he knows several methods to ban evading without being caught, leaving the amount he actually scammed impossible to predict at the time.

Another appeal from Bogdan, not only were the appeals not 6 months in time, but the user admits to having scammed even more members on his original account Bogdan123. The only reports I could find were regarding H O L Y, meaning there's at least 2-3 other people from that sythe account who were scammed and never accounted for in the 500m Payback from his appeal. There's still people who we can't find that were never paid and never will be because of Bogdan.

Let's look carefully at this thread. This is the first post that Bogdan made showing no remorse what so ever. He lies about even talking to the people who he scammed at the time and didn't care, just wanted to be unbanned so he could continue with his scamming ventures now.

Here's the rundown of this. The user spammed pardon's without being sincere until he knew his bullshit wasn't going to get him unbanned. He's staying legit on sythe, but for how long. This user has proven he has the capability of scamming high amounts, given the time he walked with over 1b. He has ban evaded over 3 times, and that's just the ones the staff knows about. 3 Ban evaded accounts, 3 failed pardon's later. and A well trusted admin saying someone who tried to delete evidence should never be allowed back on sythe. I believe the staff should reconsider the appeal before this user becomes anymore dangerous to the sythe community. He has scammed over 7 people, from amounts ranging as low as $10-$1000. The fact he was willing to scam an amount as low as $10 is baffling and shows just how "trustworthy" this user truly is. His donated amount buys him trust, and it's sad how people don't understand how 3 years of ban evading/scamming/etc went on with this user before he was magically supported by some questionable staff members. Even though he "Tried" to pay back the users he scammed, none of them will see a penny of it, because they left sythe due to him scamming these members and they'll never be seen again. He hurt sythe and it would be sad to wait for him to scam another Huge amount like he has done on Mmoexchange before something happens.

Could you point out what information was not included in his pardon?

He was already pardoned for the majority of what you've listed above and we don't "reconsider" a pardon after it has gone through its course...
(unless information which may have influenced the pardon was not included...).

You're aware of the time it took him to pardon, but there's not really much that can be done.

 

There were several reports missed that were never paid back, along with those. He never provided proof of paying back the 1b for the MMoexchange scam and was unbanned as he didn't include it in the last couple pardon's. Meaning he's still banned for scamming on MMOexchange and is an offsite scammer.

 

Where's the link to the MMO Exchange ordeal?

 

Under number 4 he discusses it after it was previously brought up. He had claimed he refunded it and never offered any sort of evidence for this.. Sadly MMOexchange is offline/taken down as far as I can tell and can't screenshot his profile still being banned but he admits to having scammed the amount and that he's still banned on the site. No evidence proving otherwise was posted on that pardon, and was left out on the other pardons soon after.

EDIT: Given there were more reports then previously noted, and that the staff had overlooked the 1b scam at the time and he never supplied proof of repayment in any pardon, I strongly feel the staff should reconsider this given evidence was missing that would/should/could have changed the outcome greatly.

You can clearly see in the mmogamemarket section yes, Where he scammed the 1b+ then paid it back, then scammed a purple phat just days after and never repaid that portion. That's what i'm claiming was left out and still leaves him as an offsite scammer. Mmoexchange.net however, was taken down and that's the site that shows he is still a scammer.

 

Looks to me like it was paid back.

 

He never refunded the Last phat. He was harassed and had pizza/male strippers called to his house, and his dad forced him to refund the 1b, However the phat was never recovered and that is why he had the 1b insurance he was discussing, that was as a restitution for the phat not as an insurance really as he claimed from the original post.

EDIT: He also lied in his report, he claimed he paid the 1b back because he "Felt Horrible" and all that junk. When it was because his private information was leaked and he was sick of all the Pizza/Strippers and then they called his dad and he was forced to pay it back. He had no remorse which is required for pardon's. Magical how he left this part of it out aswell, meaning the pardon wasn't completely honest at the time and easily should have changed the opinion of mods.

 

It says that he scammed a purple partyhat, his personal information was released, and then he gave it back.

Apparently there's a thread somewhere (or was a thread somewhere), that proved this occurred.

 

I don't see any of that in the discussion, the only thing it talked about was the 1b refund from what I had seen. From all the Pardon's I saw, he never once covered the extra scams that were left out, nor linked all of his Ban evaded accounts. Beyond this, the Partyhat is still questionable, and he has scammed two HUGE amounts in the past... He only repaid after his dad forced him to and he had strippers/pizza appear at his door. He had no remorse, he was purely in it to see what high amount he could manage to scam off an innocent sythe member and I really hope this is handled before he takes his opportunity now. We all know he wouldn't of repaid if he didn't have his daddy called and all his personal information leaked around... No remorse at the time which he ironically left out of the pardon to make it seem better then it is, along with many other details.

We're left with a user who...
1. Scams almost 10 people for a total of almost $2500 at the time given the Phat incident aswell.
2. Ban evaded over 3 times, including scammed on his evaded accounts.
3. Lied in his pardon about the amount of times hes scammed, left out the phat incident, and made it seem like he had some sort of remorse for the 1b he scammed when all of this was repaid because his personal information was leaked.
4. Has proven he can be a threat, has lied to the community and in his pardon, has no remorse for his actions at the given time.
5. Is this someone we're wanting on sythe? Who knows how high he'll go next time and how many people will be affected.

 

Everything listed above has either been pardoned for or is hearsay.

As for the partyhat situation, that may have been handled privately. I wasn't a part of it, so I don't know, but any evidence regarding it seems to be inaccessible (MMOExchange).

 

Strongly disagree, and the partyhat situation still falls under Offsite scamming and should have been included. He never showed true remorse for his huge ass scams. His daddy made him pay that back and that was 100% left out. He never felt sorry, he would have ran with the money if he would have gotten away with it. He's a threat to sythe and I'm sorry you don't see that. When he scams, it's going to be on your consciousness.

 

Like I said, I never dealt with the pardon / know the timetable(s) for everything occurring (MMOExchange), so I can't judge one way or another.

I'm saying this is hearsay as it's personal interpretation / opinion / not based on fact.

IF he were to do something, I would not be responsible for it.

Like I said I wasn't aware of that part. That does change some factors of the report, but again MMOexchange is taken down and there was no screenshots posted on the thread proving that he had payed it... At that point the staff simply took his word for it without confirming he actually repaid it which is extremely sloppy work on their part. The pardon wasn't handled how it should be and I believe that the pardon should still be reviewed. FireZ see's the danger of Bogdan and I hope after staff members realize the $1000's of dollars that bogdan scammed, and only repaid because his daddy made him after they had pizza and strippers sent to their house... He didn't show remorse in the pardon and lied about the real reason they were refunded.

 

That's perception based, and everyone has a different view. He was pardoned for everything within this thread. If you dislike his character, or question his reasons for re-payment, it's still opinion opposed to fact.

Going nowhere fast here really.

 

If you think the pardon should be reviewed, I would ask you to PM an upper staff member with reasoning as to why.

From the above, it appears everything in question has been included / pardoned for.
