As potato said, this seller will deny the use of an OMM saying that there are other sellers, blah blah blah. Wants you to send the payment first, even though he has no vouches of him selling just a vouch of him buying. Suspicious much? He also states that he's a new trader just starting out and wants to get vouches but will not go to people who have vouches, I sorta understand BUT he still doesn't want to use an OMM. This is probably the oldest trick in the book. TWC.
