    Only Rsps scammed $5 lol.
    User, after many different reasons not to use highly trusted MM's, after refusing to show any sort of stock claiming "I was staff", I decided that I would go first for $5 increments, he states he did not receive the $5 after it said completed, and tried to get me to "re-send" the payment lol. Just a total scumbag, he verified his skype in pm, i also made him re-verify his paypal e-mail before sending.

    I have all adequate proofs needed, just please tell me what is required and I will post it to get him banned asap, thanks.
