CoinShopFC is a scammer

I made a trade with this guy and never received the payment. The trade was a red party hat vs 670$ through paypal. His account has many vouched and that`s why i went first on the trade. I have traded him the party hat but after the trade was done he stopped responding and never received a payment for the party hat. I got everything in skype and the pictures will we down here. He talked me over from trading to somebody else who was flagged as a scammer. CoinshopFC looked like a trusted member of sythe with loads of vouched and donations, but i gues that doesn`t mean anything if you are a born scammer. Please look into this.
