General Program Questions​

Q: What kind of computer/operating system is required to run the FIFA 14 Autobuyer?
A: The Autobuyer currently only works on PC. You must have a computer that is running Windows XP or newer (XP, Vista, 7, or 8)
The program also requires Java 7 to run. It can be downloaded from java.com

Q: Will the Autobuyer work in all countries?
A: Yes, the program will work anywhere in the world as long as you meet the minimum requirements listed above, and have an internet connection.

Q: Can I download the program on multiple computers such as work computer with one license?
A: Yes! You can download the software as many times as you like with 1 license key and have it on as many different computers as you like. Just know that it can only be running on one computer at any given time. Even better, your inventory is stored in the cloud so it will load wherever you may be!

Q: Will you tell me what players to trade with and give me prices?
A: No, unfortunately we cannot tell you what players to trade with and for how much. The program is a tool, you must choose players and prices. The price updater is a great feature to help you with setting prices (as it recommends them for you) and the forums have a trading section where users can share advice and help each other.

Q: How many coins can I make per day with your FIFA Autobuyer?
A: Since the trading is up to you, our official answer is anywhere from zero to 1,000,000. That being said, with use of the price updater and a decent inventory, many of our users make anywhere from 50,000-250,000 a day, depending on the market. Get an idea of what our users are making here.

Q: Does the Autobuyer bid on auctions, or just buy nows?
A: The base version only purchases buy nows that are listed on the market. We plan on releasing a version of the program that supports bidding in the near future.

Q: How long will my license last?
A: The purchase of a license for our FIFA Autobuyer will last for the whole life of FIFA 14. You do not need to pay a monthly fee or any other charges for continued access. Simply put, the license will expire when the FIFA 14 Ultimate Team servers are taken offline, which is usually in early September (2014).

Q: Does the Autobuyer get updated?
A: Yes, we update the program regularly to improve it in all sorts of ways. We ended on version 4.9 for our FIFA 13 Ultimate Autobuyer,with over 21 individual patches! During FIFA 14, this number will be even higher. Rest assured that with our program you will always have the support you need.​
