I don't really know what the price would be for an account like this, was also wondering if you had any smurfs like around level 15 you wanted to get rid of cause I'd buy one.

 

Unfortunately I don't have any level 15 accounts sorry. And $25 is usually the price for level 30 unranked accounts with no skins and few champions.
