    Weasel2013 Pardon

Hello everyone. Forgot about Sythe for a few months but recently lurked around and was quite surprised with all of the staff changes and some of the members that are now banned. I haven't been in contact with anyone from Sythe for over a year. It all started when I was dwelling on the fact that I'm a poor college student -- before long I remembered the additional income Runescape had once generated, and so, to refresh everyone of my situation:

While googling my username (just for nostalgia I suppose) I came across
    http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=11740736

Which intrigued me enough to dig up all of my scammer reports:
    http://sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1008920-theloophole-v2.html
    * My report of the person who chargebacked my final trade, causing every person I had recently paid to have their payment withheld.

    http://ww2.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7528452
*although this says "permed by Pen" I don't believe that's how this case was resolved. Rereading my post I'm not sure how I wasn't able to solve that just by showing logs of Discovery agreeing with my payments to him and then withholding his final payment until the customer received his account. Kind've like if I'm "top dog" and I contract my work out to someone and that's the person that deals with the end client; I'm certainly not going to pay my contractor until my client receives the product or service. So basically, I'm pretty sure I got the above cleared up.

*Somehow this was the only one I could find although I know there were several.

Long story short, I was a minor at the time. I had a verified bank account however it wasn't set up in a way that I would have been able to dispute the chargeback. I actually did attempt to however I lost fairly quickly. I had a video of the transaction of course but if you google the MSN and paypal used to scam me, some strange website about car parts or something appears as a search result and somehow they're involved in the mix. On top of that, I believe it was Hahanerd (or perhaps it was Hamjam?) that stated the paypal account had been used to scam in the past and should be on a "paypal blacklist" of sorts.

I never wanted to scam anyone. I accumulated over 120 vouches, many from staff and highly trusted users. I handled over 2500 of merchandise frequently. Viewing my vouches and my "trusted with" photos and all of my completion pictures posted alongside vouches...I never wanted to be malicious.

Although irrelevant, I recently found out about:

    http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1450455-pen-owes-me-3-5b-awol.html
As well as him scamming a blue party hat.

I really do believe the situation with Discovery was cleared up. To clarify once again

It was Discovery's account. Not sure if it still holds true today, but back then as long as you submitted a recovery request from the IP used to make the Runescape account it would be given back to you. No amount of e-mail changing or recovery question resetting would change that. Hence the warning "Runescape accounts can ALWAYS be recovered". It was Discovery's account. It was years ago, honestly I can't think of a decent reason why my notepad file would've held incorrect information. In any case, the account was recoverable by Discovery. All that needed to happen was him submitting a request for the account, giving the customer the information, then I would've given him payment for the account. I'm not sure what ever happened with that situation. If Kero is still around perhaps he could give some input.

There was a minor thing with Pen I believe in the spam forum. After rereading that situation, (I'll be straightforward with you) that 3 day ban was completely unwarranted. I corrected his grammar in the spam forum and because he was a somebody I was reprimanded. I whined for a bit (however when this is business or at the very least a several hour per day project) being banned isn't something to take lightly, it has its costs. At any rate, afterwards I apologized to Pen. I mean, there something with him having a bad time, him having enough trolls to deal with, etc. & I certainly have those days too. Where normally it wouldn't matter but just the wrong time to say that one thing and yeah, consequences follow. So once again, apologies to Pen. If I am allowed back I'll behave much better in the spam forum ;)

So really, from my perspective, it comes down to all the people that had my payment withdrawn/held after I was scammed. In a perfect world, I would've caught my scammer, been repaid, then distributed that money accordingly. However, I never recovered my money.

Yes, it was my fault. Trading that amount via Paypal will never happen again. Not requiring photo identification, a phone call, etc was a stupid mistake because I was young, stupid, and inexperienced. There's no other way to put it. My lack of business instinct gave a scammer the perfect opportunity.

Fast forward to today and I am in a much better position. Haven't really touched the black markets of video games in quite some time. I am now of legal age in my jurisdiction so if allowed to return I wouldn't run into any of the problems I previously had.

I realize it doesn't matter to the people that had their money held whether or not I got mine back. My situation doesn't affect their pocket -- I get that. I'd like to request the staff's help in compiling (with proof of course) a list of people and the amounts I owe them. It's unfortunate it took me so long to get around to doing so but my final trade was literally my entire bankroll. After that was seized from me I had nothing. In addition, being banned I wasn't even able to do things such as skill training and the like to make up for the money. I just simply had no way to acquire it.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

You say you had no money to pay people back but you could buy a high donor rank on Spyike?

You're full of shit. Fuck off.

EDIT: If you actually pay people back this time, maybe I'll change my mind about you. However, I don't have much hope as you said you'd pay this back at least once before, and ended up just donating a pile of money to Spyike as stated above.
