I do not currently have any firecape vouches but I am willing to attempt to get firecapes for anyone who wants me to. I also will do any other capes.

It counts as service, in section rules you got clearly stated you can't start service without proof of completion of fire cape which is YOU actually killing Jad while your Sythe username is SPOKEN rather than typed in chatbox
