Paying Back Nerfed's Scams

You have been banned for the following reason:
Banned until 1B /$230 is paid back to ax0e

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

This is my ban reason^ (My business partner nerfed scammed 1b and refused to pay it back)

I've talked to ax0e(the user who got scammed) and he said that he was willing to help me out. He said that all that I needed to do is pay his negative paypal account balance and we're all good. The amount is $86.00 that needs to be paid. I have proof of this conversation/it can be confirmed with him and I can show it to a moderator if necessary.

My question: Because we've agreed to this, once the $86.00 is sent to his paypal(and he confirms this) I will be unbanned, correct?

^Proof of him a) saying his paypal address and b) saying that I only needed to pay him $86.00

This should be a pretty easy unban. It can be confirmed with ax0e that I have paid it back but he doesn't seem to be online. If there is any other information I could supply I'd be glad to.

edit: as I'm posting this I realize that in the picture I'm $1 USD short, my mistake. If ax0e wants the $1 I'll be happy to transfer more to my paypal and then pay that as well. He is a pretty reasonable and is hoping for me to be unabanned as well.

The refund has been completed, and ax0e is happy with how things have turned out. I'll request an unban now.
