He's a well known Runescaper who works in the friend chat Sell Dung. There's a video there of him scamming, with many comments saying he also scammed them.

Now to tie him to that name...

Currently dealing with this.

 

I have temporarily banned the user as he is at school and his internet connection is...pretty much non-existent.
When he returns home, he will be providing proof that this case has been dealt with a while ago and the user simply forgot to remove the video.
