Spending 75m. Looking to buy a level 3 skiller that has never before had recoveries, or email registered to it. If an email has been registered to it then the email comes with the account. Has to be username login.

1. Level 3 combat, with no combat stats level 2 or higher (aside from constitution)
2. Must have a 99
3. Never been member, or have all gamecard codes that were used
4. No SMS pins ever used on it
5. Creation date, all passwords etc given with purchasing the account.
