    Ok, seeing as the original thread revealing all the perm banned accounts had 12 year timers applied to them has dissapeared and the search function is not working, I'll post this on a new thread (sorry admins).

    Anyway, Jagex have confirmed that the twelve year timer is a bug and your account will not be unbanned in 12 years! Sorry for all those who got excited about their duped phats.

    Wow this stinks...I was looking forward to getting my accounts back but meh. Thanks for the find I guess :)
