I got 10 party hats for sale, all colors, mostly blue. Taking either Paypal or wire transfer (preferred, willing to reduce price by the fees).

I can show the hats first but in case of unverified buyers, request the money first. With bigger buyers, verified, donators, lots of vouchers etc. may be willing to sell one at a time giving them the hats first.

I'm not fishing for highest prices and value reliability very highly. Unfortunately, I have no way to prove that I'm not a scammer, being so new and all, but if you can think of a way without exposing myself to a fraud, Im happy to do it as I just need the money to pay my students loan and not looking to become a seller here.
