You might have better luck on rune-server or runelocus forums... they're more rsps based. Also, those prices won't work unless you just want someone to lets say rip bounty hunter and castle wars from someone's source... 2 quests for 2 dollars? bro you're going to have to pay more, trust me. Unless you want some half-assed shit done that's not their work
