    I can remember this being for sale on ebay not so long ago. Can you confirm ingame? Also is there an email subscription and/or recovery questions which could be used to recover the account?

    That is correct! Unfortunately, it's against Jagex's T&C's to sell accounts so the auction was removed :')

    There are recoveries as of now + a bank pin, all which can and will be removed before sale.
