There're RESTRICTED countries (like Australia for example, and some others!) where people can't buy directly off Origin.com, that's why. Also their prices are NOT in "USD" + cost more (different standards).

That's why he is offering $100 USD.

Lololol people thought I am buying this, but look closely at who made the thread. I didn't make it xD, it was someone else. For some reason, there was no first post from the original poster. Everyone has been PMing me thinking I am interested in buying lolz. That post of mine was targeted towards the OP. I told him to PM me regarding buying SWTOR haha. Funny shit.
