Risk of buying account PLEASE HELP! (Not sure this is right topic)

I came here for help and would like advice, There is an account being sold on a website called account market, It's a level 138 with 20 99's + 102 dung and a 1Billion+Bank.

I've spoke with the dealer and he seems legit (MSN+E-mail) However I was wondering that the price is most odd...It's set at a starter price of $100-I bidded $10,500 because some automated system on the site kept outbidding me.
So I might pay him discreetly.

404 error so you havent linked us right

and 2nd of all dont do it he will recover the account and you willl be done 10 grand inpherius is selling a completly maxed account atm though if you want to have a look at that he is a 2k donar and unlikly to scam/recover

 

First of all this looks like a fake thread in hopes of advertisement, reported.
